We believe in the potential of every youth and we are dedicated to providing the support, guidance and opportunities they need to make positive life choices.
YOUTHLINK is dedicated to:
- providing youth and their supports with effective, innovative, community-based and responsive services;
- helping youth identify goals and reduce barriers to self-sufficiency;
- engaging youth in dynamic and meaningful ways throughout the Agency;
- raising awareness about issues affecting youth and advocating for positive change;
- demonstrating the value of our services to the community.
YouthLink offers a range of opportunities for experienced professionals as well as those just beginning their career. Program and Service Positions suit individuals from various educational backgrounds including those holding a BA, ECE, Dip.CYW, Dip.CS, MSW or MA and who have direct experience working with youth and their families.
We encourage applications from people of diverse cultural, racial and linguistic communities to enable us to serve the diverse population of Toronto.

Interested in a Student Placement?
YouthLink frequently has opportunities for student placements in various programs and services throughout the agency. We have partnerships with the Faculties of Social Work at the University of Toronto, York University and Ryerson University as well as Community Colleges offering programs such as the Child and Youth Worker Program. When an opportunity arises, we contact the field placement office in these institutions.If you are interested in a placement with YouthLink, please contact the field placement office at your university or college to find out about current opportunities. Note that placements with our Counselling Team are available for MSW students only.If your school does not have a placement office and requires you to contact agencies directly, please email info@youthlink.ca.
