Educational Bursaries
YouthLink places high priority in supporting educational achievement in our youth as a way to advance their social well-being.
Many youth would like to further their education but do not have the financial means to do so. YouthLink has two funds that award bursaries each year to assist with the costs (tuition, books or other school supplies, etc) of pursuing secondary, post-secondary or apprenticeship programs.
Please note: Youth must be invited to apply by our staff and successful applicants are determined through a committee selection process.
Big Sisters Legacy Fund Bursary
Awards are made twice a year to YouthLink clients who have demonstrated keen commitment and aptitude to continue their studies but do not have adequate financial resources. > Read more
